Lassi
Only 20 minutes from the airport and the main road to
the Islands Capital 
Argostoli passes through
Lassi. It is possible to walk to
Argostoli in about 20 minutes along the main road. There are a variety of good
beaches all along the coast from the White Rock Hotel to the Lassi Hotel all are
public beaches so you can pick the best one for beaches I found I found the
largest beach Makris Gialos was the best for space, plenty of sun
beds and sunshades , close to the crystal clear gently shelving; water of the
Ionian Sea. It was also nearest to the beach with plenty of Snack Bars and

There is also a scenic route along the coastal roads that can take as long as 2 hours to walk . This route is well worth taking. a steady stroll along as it brings you to the waterfront of Argostoli the Capital; of Kefelonia
