Rhodes September 05

Once again Rhodes proved to be an ideal destination to soak up some late summer sunshine.

It was great to return to the Pefkos Beach hotel hotel again and enjoy the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff that work so hard to make your stay so enjoyable. If you choose to stay in and around the Hotel, there was always something going on from early to late. It is only a short walk to all the other Tavernas, supermarkets and beach. This time we had a room at the top of the hotel site. Although to reach the room it was quite a climb up many steps and landings it was worth it just for the panoramic view of the surrounding hills, village, bay and the Mediterranean .

The climb got easier with time and just to sit on the balcony with a cool drink watching the world go by was a pleasure on its own. Although sometimes clouds hung above the surrounding hillsides they made for some spectacular sunsets.
